How to delete your personal data?

Self-Service data deletion

The quickest way to delete your data is through your account:

1. Log into your account on our website
2. Navigate to Account Settings (found in your user dashboard)
3. Click the “Delete My Account” button
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be immediately removed from our system.

What data gets deleted

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

• Your profile information and account details
• Any content you’ve uploaded or created
• Information obtained through social media logins (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Communication history and preferences
• All associated personal data in our databases

Alternative contact method

If you’re unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion via email, you can contact our Data Protection Officer:

Please include your full name and email address associated with your account in your request.

Response timeline

• • • Self-service deletion: Immediate
    • Email requests: We will respond within 30 days and complete deletion within 60 days

Confirmation

For email requests, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number once your data has been successfully deleted.
