As head of Studio Legale MASSA (MASSA Law Firm ITALY), Mr. Rocco Gianluca MASSA provides support both in and out of court to private individuals, professionals, companies and public bodies both in and abroad. Professionalism, experience and skills gained in specific areas of law such as Intellectual Property, International and Information Technology law, allow the firm to offer its clients versatile and comprehensive multilingual legal assistance ranging from the traditional to the more modern fields of law.
In 2012 MASSA Law Firm was also a cofounder of FLIEGER & MASSA Attorneys – in a collaboration that ran until 2015 – a cross-border legal support network for civil and commercial issues between private individuals and companies in Italy, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg (BeNeLux). The firm was a member of the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce from 2015 to 2018 and has also estabilished a reception address in Brussels. In 2017 the firm created an independent international legal network called MASSA Legal Affairs, an important cross-border legal cooperation project involving legal partners from all over the world.

Admitted to the Foggia Bar Association, Mr MASSA has authored legal publications and numerous articles featured on leading online platforms and specialist portals. He has also served as a lecturer, speaker and chair at training courses and conferences, among others, in Intellectual Property law, Commercial law, International law, Internet law and Information Technologies law.
Rocco Gianluca Massa's education
Graduated from the University of Bari. Among his qualifications, Mr MASSA holds a Master of Science in Computer Technologies Law awarded by the Court of Bari, as well as the TOLES Higher Certificate in international legal English. He has been practising as an international lawyer for over 15 years.
