Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and prosecuting national, European, and international patent/trademark applications
- Advising clients on IP strategy, freedom-to-operate, and enforcement matters
- Coordinating with offices such as INPI, EPO, and EUIPO
- Managing oppositions, appeals, and litigation support
- Conducting prior art and trademark availability searches
Requirements
- Qualified as a CPI or European Patent Attorney (preferred)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IP law
- Fluency in English and French; other languages are a plus
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
