Trademark Paralegal – Career Opportunity
About the Role
Join our forward-thinking legal team as a Trademark Paralegal and help manage the protection and administration of well-known trademarks for clients in diverse industries.
As part of our practice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our trademarks department.
Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will support high standards in all workflow processes.
Main Responsibilities
Your main tasks will include:
- Preparing and filing trademark applications both nationally and internationally
- Managing deadlines, extensions, and official correspondence using advanced docketing software
- Coordinating with foreign associates and clients on matters such as filings, renewals, and ownership recordals
- Conducting preliminary trademark searches and regularly reporting on status updates
- Supporting attorneys with portfolio management, audits, and internal IP reports
You will also contribute to standardizing best practices and help design procedures that keep our team ahead in a competitive market.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a paralegal in IP or a related legal field
- Familiarity with EUIPO, WIPO, and INPI processes
- Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency with IP management software and document management tools
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
